Rochester Based Band
Shoots Video In NYC
Rochester based Industrial band, Bitter Flesh Thing, has just returned from NYC where they completed shooting the video for their first single, Trapped, off of their new CD Better Off Dead (Sour Note Records).
The highly conceptual and intricate video was produced by Streeter Films of NYC and Directed by John Streeter. The shoot included location shooting in the desert outside of Las Vegas, Nevada, the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in NYC, the Long Island Mansion notorious for the "Son Of Sam" murders, and studio shoots in New York.
The strong visuals and creative style of Film Director John Streeter are enhanced by the bands strong visual appeal. Adorned in full conceptual stage make-up and costume, this band creates some powerful imagery in the new video, including a "legally insane" lead vocalist and their demented drummer who never appears in public without a burlap bag over his head.
The video is currently in Post Production and will be released at an upcoming Video Release Party at the famed Webster Hall in NYC sometime this year.
The current CD, Better Off Dead, is available at most local record stores.
